Goal Scoring and Power Skating Camp
At this Camp, Players will be trained on Goal Scoring and Power Skating as well as numberous other skill development drills. On ice drills for this camp are focused on conditioning exercises that will help to develop explosive power, speed & agility, improve hand eye co-ordination, increase endurance and build overall strength.
Players will begin each day with 60 Minutes of Power skating and skill development drills follwed by one to two hours of shooting on goalies to practise what they have been taught.
The players will be taught by top end junior and college and pro players as well as get the insight of a goalies prospective so to better learn the trouble spots for goaltenders.
