Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview
Due to limited enrollment and the high demand for our programs, we maintain a structured and firm refund policy. Each registration reserves a valuable spot that cannot always be filled if released.
By registering for any Briere’s Goalie School program, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Camps (Goalie & Player Camps)
  • Cancellations made 30+ days priorto the start date:
    Eligible for a refund minus a non-refundable deposit and processing fees
  • Cancellations made within 30 daysof the start date:
    No refunds will be issued
  • No-shows or missed sessions:
    No refunds or credits
Exclusive Elite Camps
Due to the extremely limited capacity and high demand, all registrations for Elite Camps are:
Non-refundable
If you are unable to attend, you may request:
  • A transfer of your spotto another eligible athlete (subject to approval)
  • Consideration for a credit toward a future program(not guaranteed)
Mentorship Program

• Payments for mentorship programs are non-refundable once the program has begun

• If cancellation occurs prior to the start of the program:
Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

Academy Program

Due to the long-term commitment and limited enrollment:
• Deposits are non-refundable
  • Withdrawal after acceptance may result in forfeiture of payments made
  • Exceptions may be considered only in cases of serious injury or medical circumstances, with documentation

Medical Exceptions

In the event of a verified medical condition or injury preventing participation:

• Partial credits may be issued at our discretion
• Medical documentation is required
• Refunds are not guaranteed

Program Changes or Cancellations by Us

If a program is canceled by Briere’s Goalie School & Goal Scoring Camps due to:

• insufficient enrollment
• facility issues
• unforeseen circumstances

Participants will receive either:

  • a full refund, or
  • the option to transfer to another program

Weather & Travel

We are not responsible for:

• travel delays
• weather-related disruptions
• missed sessions due to personal scheduling conflicts

No refunds will be issued for these circumstances.

Credits

Any credits issued:

  • must be used within 12 months
  • are non-transferable(unless approved)
  • have no cash value

By registering for any program, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
