Welcome to Briere’s Goalie School (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, camps, clinics, events, and all related programming.
By registering for or participating in any of our programs, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or enroll in our programs.
1. Registration & Enrollment
1.1 Accuracy of Information
All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete. You agree to update us promptly if any information changes, including emergency contacts, medical conditions, or personal details.
1.2 Age & Eligibility
Programs may have age and/or skill-level requirements. We reserve the right to verify eligibility and, if necessary, adjust a participant’s group or decline participation for safety, developmental, or program integrity reasons.
2. Payment & Fees
2.1 Payment Requirements
Payment is required at the time of registration unless otherwise specified. Registration is not confirmed until payment has been received.

Refund policies may vary by program and will be outlined during registration. Unless otherwise stated:
• Cancellations made 30+ days priorto the program start date may be eligible for a partial refund
• Cancellations made within 30 daysof the start date are non-refundable, except in cases of verified medical emergency
• Deposits and processing fees may be non-refundable
We reserve the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel programs due to weather, facility issues, or low enrollment. If a program is canceled by us, a refund or credit will be provided.
3. Assumption of Risk & Waiver
3.1 Inherent Risks
Participation in ice hockey, skating, and athletic training involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury. By registering, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
3.2 Waiver of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants (or parents/guardians of minors) agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Briere’s Goalie School & Goal Scoring Camps, its owners, staff, contractors, volunteers, and facility partners from any and all liability for injuries, accidents, or damages arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
3.3 Medical Authorization
In the event of injury or medical emergency, you authorize us to seek appropriate medical treatment on your behalf and agree to assume responsibility for any associated costs.
4. Code of Conduct
All participants, parents, and spectators are expected to demonstrate respectful and sportsmanlike behavior at all times.
This includes:
• Treating coaches, staff, athletes, and families with respect
• Following all facility rules and guidelines
• Refraining from abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior
• Using equipment safely and responsibly
We reserve the right to remove any participant or spectator who violates these expectations. No refunds will be issued in cases of removal due to misconduct.
5. Health & Safety
Participants are responsible for:
• Disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, or relevant health concerns
• Following all safety instructions provided by staff
• Wearing appropriate protective equipment
• Refraining from participation if ill or contagious
We reserve the right to implement or update safety protocols as needed.
6. Media Release
By participating in our programs, you grant permission for Briere’s Goalie School & Goal Scoring Camps to use photographs, video recordings, and other media featuring the participant for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes, including on our website and social media platforms.
To opt out, written notice must be provided prior to the start of the program.
7. Website Use & Intellectual Property
7.1 Ownership
All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, images, and videos—is the property of Briere’s Goalie School & Goal Scoring Camps or used with permission. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
7.2 Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• Interfere with or disrupt website functionality
• Upload malicious or harmful code
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
8. Privacy
Your use of our website and participation in our programs is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party providers for payment processing, scheduling, communication, or facilities. We are not responsible for the policies or actions of these third-party providers.
10. Program Modifications
We reserve the right to:
• Modify program content or curriculum
• Adjust schedules or locations
• Substitute coaches or staff
• Reassign participants for safety or development
We will communicate changes as early as reasonably possible.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:
• Loss, theft, or damage of personal property
• Injuries resulting from normal participation in activities
• Delays, cancellations, or interruptions due to weather, facility issues, or events beyond our control
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within Minnesota.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
