Welcome to Briere’s Goalie Schools & Goal Scoring Camps (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, camps, clinics, events, and all related programming. By registering for or participating in any of our programs, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or enroll in our programs.
 

1. Registration & Enrollment
 

1.1 Accuracy of Information
 

All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete. You agree to update us if any information (such as emergency contacts, medical needs, or personal details) changes.
 

1.2 Age & Eligibility
 

Programs may have age or skill-level requirements. We reserve the right to verify eligibility, and if necessary, adjust a participant’s group or refuse participation for safety or developmental reasons.
 

2. Payment & Fees
 

2.1 Payment Requirements
 

Payment is required at the time of registration unless otherwise specified. A registration is not considered final until payment is received.
 

2.2 Refunds & Cancellations
 

Refund terms depend on the specific camp or program and will be outlined during registration. Unless otherwise stated:

• Cancellations made 30 + days prior to the start of a program may be eligible for a partial refund.

• Cancellations made within 30 days of the program start date are non-refundable except in cases of verified medical emergency.

• Processing fees or deposits may be non-refundable.

We reserve the right to adjust or reschedule camps due to facility issues, weather, or low enrollment. If a program is canceled by us, you will receive a refund or credit.
 

3. Assumption of Risk & Waiver
 

3.1 Inherent Risks
 

Ice hockey, skating, and athletic training involve physical risks, including injury. By registering, you acknowledge these risks and agree that participation is voluntary.
 

3.2 Waiver of Liability
 

Participants (or parents/guardians of minors) agree to release and hold harmless Briere’s Goalie Schools & Goal Scoring Camps, its owners, staff, volunteers, and facility partners from liability for injuries, accidents, or damages except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
 

3.3 Medical Treatment Authorization
 

In the event of injury, you authorize us to seek emergency medical treatment and agree to be financially responsible for any associated costs.
 

4. Code of Conduct
 

We expect all participants, parents, and spectators to uphold respectful, sportsmanlike behavior.

This includes:

• Treating coaches, staff, athletes, and other families with respect

• Following all facility rules

• Avoiding abusive, threatening, or disruptive behavior

• Using equipment safely and appropriately

We reserve the right to remove participants or spectators who violate conduct expectations. No refunds will be offered in cases of removal due to misconduct.
 

5. Safety & Health Protocols
 

Participants must:

• Inform staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or relevant health concerns

• Follow all safety instructions from coaches

• Wear required protective equipment

• Stay home if ill or contagious

We reserve the right to implement or modify safety protocols as needed.
 

6. Media & Photography Release
 

By participating, you grant us permission to use photos, videos, and other media featuring the participant for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes, including on our website and social media channels.

If you wish to opt out, please notify us in writing prior to the start of the program.
 

7. Website Use & Intellectual Property
 

7.1 Ownership
 

All website content—including text, logos, graphics, images, and videos—is the property of Briere’s Goalie Schools & Goal Scoring Camps or used with permission. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
 

7.2 Acceptable Use
 

You agree not to:

• Interfere with website operations

• Upload harmful code

• Attempt unauthorized access

• Use the site for illegal or fraudulent purposes
   

8. Privacy
 

Your use of our website and participation in our programs is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect and protect personal information.
 

9. Third-Party Services
 

Some programs or registrations may use third-party platforms (such as payment processors, scheduling tools, or facility partners). We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party providers.
 

10. Changes to Programs
 

We reserve the right to:

• Update program curriculum

• Change schedules or locations

• Modify or substitute coaches

• Adjust groupings for safety or development

We will communicate changes as early as possible.
 

11. Limitation of Liability
 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Briere’s Goalie Schools & Goal Scoring Camps is not responsible for:

• Loss or damage to personal property

• Injuries resulting from normal participation

• Delays or cancellations caused by weather, facility closure, or circumstances beyond our control
   

12. Governing Law
 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts within Colorado.
